Refund policy

This policy applies to all digital ebook products and digital gift cards sold on this website, serving customers in the United States and Canada.
No physical items will be shipped. All products are instant digital downloads or digital vouchers.

1. General Refund Terms for Digital Ebooks

Due to the nature of downloadable digital content,all ebook sales are final after file access or download.
Once a customer has viewed, downloaded, unlocked, or received the ebook file (PDF, EPUB, MOBI, ZIP package), the product is considered fully delivered andno refund will be issued.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions (Before Download)

Full refunds are only permitted under the following conditions, and all requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase:
  • The customer purchased the wrong product by accident and has not downloaded or opened any files
  • The download link is permanently broken, and we cannot provide a replacement working link within 48 hours
  • Duplicate accidental charge for the exact same product
All refund requests require a valid order number and customer email for verification.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:
  • The ebook has been downloaded, opened, or accessed
  • Customer changed their mind after reading preview or purchasing
  • Customer claims incompatibility with reading devices after successful file delivery
  • Promotional, discounted, or bundle products
  • Order suspected of refund abuse, chargeback fraud, or file piracy intent

4. Digital Gift Card Refund Rules

  • Digital gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the purchase date
  • Lost, stolen, or mistakenly forwarded gift card codes are not eligible for replacement or refund

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days. The actual arrival time depends on your bank and payment processor.

6. Fraud & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, cancel orders, and permanently restrict future purchases if we detect refund abuse, chargeback manipulation, or unauthorized file distribution behavior.

7. Governing Law

This refund policy complies with digital consumer protection laws of the United States and Canada, including CCPA regulations for California residents.
